LADY MACBETH

This print was developed for a costume designed for Lady Macbeth and printed on red velvet and golden dupion. The pomegranate in this design symbolises death and sin (the forbidden fruit), but is also known to stand for fertility -something that plays a large role in Lady Macbeth's life.
